Recalls
Filed by the manufacturer with a regulator. A recall is repaired free of charge, whoever owns the car now.
A11/00039/24
If the "Driver/Passenger Easy Access" function is enabled, when the front seat automatically retracts, the front seatback may come into contact with the rear passenger, creating a risk of injury to rear passengers. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
As a preventive measure, reprogramming of the front seat controllers will be carried out.
A12/00060/23
Due to insufficient tightening of the fixing screws of one or more wheels on the vehicle, these wheels may detach from the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.

OR/00145/25
The position sensor of the parking brake actuator is at the wrong angle, causing the stopping pin to be incorrectly placed in the ‘P lock’ position and resulting in the parking brake not properly engaging when the P button is pressed on the transmission selector, when the engine is switched off, when the driver’s safety-belt is released or when the driver door is opened. This increases the risk of accidents and injuries, although the Assisted Parking Brake (APB) remains functional and allows the vehicle to be immobilised. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.

SR/01910/26
The ABS-ESP control unit may have been incorrectly programmed by the supplier, preventing detected failures from being communicated to the vehicle dashboard. As a result, if the braking control system fails, the driver may not receive a warning that the following functions are unavailable: emergency brake assist, anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability programme (ESP), automatic emergency braking (AEB), hydraulic brake booster (HBB), and hydraulic braking compensation (HBC), increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
